On March 15th, 2012, we have removed the preprocessed EPI- corrected DWI images and the corresponding preprocessed T2 weighted scans for 59 subjects to replace them with images that are in the native space of the individual subjects unscaled. Previously T2 images had been aligned and scaled to a common template, which served as the basis for EPI correction. Currently, we remove the scaling parameter when performing this registration and re-register the DWI to the unscaled T2. Differences are minor but it should be noted that current images preserve the subject’s native head size. Subsequent FA and MD images along with extracted ROIs are also corrected.
