ADNI data is made available to researchers around the world. As such, there are many active research projects accessing and applying the shared ADNI data. To further encourage Alzheimer’s disease research collaboration, and to help prevent duplicate efforts, the list below shows the specific research focus of the active ADNI investigations. This information is requested annually as a requirement for data access.

| Proposed Analysis: | I am planning to evaluate the relative importance and significance of each marker (imaging, csf, etc) for discriminating AD vs MCI vs normals, and versus cognitive scores. Various univariate and multivariate data analyses methods will be used. Composite/signature markers for disease state, disease prognosis (antecedent) and disease progression will be developed, their performance will be assessed using cross-validation, and results will be shared with ADNI, internal colleagues and external scientific groups, by following the rules laid out by the ADNI user access contract. |
