ADNI data is made available to researchers around the world. As such, there are many active research projects accessing and applying the shared ADNI data. | Proposed Analysis: | We are developing statistical analysis tool for longitudinal brain imaging data. We analyze ADNI data to extract latent longitudinal features and build a classifiers between AD, MCI, and controls. Also, we will estimage disease progression patterns of brain structures using T1 images. |
