ADNI data is made available to researchers around the world. As such, there are many active research projects accessing and applying the shared ADNI data. To further encourage Alzheimer’s disease research collaboration, and to help prevent duplicate efforts, the list below shows the specific research focus of the active ADNI investigations. This information is requested annually as a requirement for data access.

| Proposed Analysis: | One of key challenges in AD research is to relate cognitive symptoms to neural substrate, while in absence a confounding task, which might post a confounding factor with scientific findings. Here we are proposing to apply varying fMRI analysis techniques (including MVPA) on data from resting state scan to relate cognitive deficits to fMRI signal. We will be focusing on resting state fMRI data, and would appreciate if we can get fMRI, structural MRI, and neuropsychology testing scores (such as MMSE and ADAS) from a large group of participants. |
