ADNI data is made available to researchers around the world. As such, there are many active research projects accessing and applying the shared ADNI data. To further encourage Alzheimer’s disease research collaboration, and to help prevent duplicate efforts, the list below shows the specific research focus of the active ADNI investigations. This information is requested annually as a requirement for data access.
|Principal Investigator's Name:||Dawn Matthews|
|Proposed Analysis:||To further test the image data analysis tools on which we are collaborating with New York University and other institutions for their ability to detect disease differentiating patterns in glucose metabolism. To compare the ADNI data to other patient data collected in collaborative studies.|
|Investigator's Name:||Randolph Andrews|
|Proposed Analysis:||To provide data processing and analysis in our application of various analysis tools to characterize and compare glucose metabolism, amyloid, and MRI data from the ADNI database with other reference data.|
