| Proposed Analysis: | Posterior cortical atrophy (PCA) is a characterized type in AD with obvious parietal-occipital lobe atrophy. We propose to compare the PCA patient's demographic information, APOE genotypes, CSF biomarkers, neuroimage and neuropsychology results with the information of normal comtrol, MCI, non-PCA in AD. |
