| Proposed Analysis: | We will use the phenotype data to accomplish the follwing aims as outlined in our DNA request (which has been approved). Aim 1: To attempt to replicate the associations we have observed in our own dataset between CSF Aβ levels and SNPs in LOAD candidate genes, selected because of their direct or indirect role in APP metabolism. Aim 2: To attempt to replicate the associations we have observed between CSF tau levels and MAPT genotypes. |
