Ongoing Investigations

ADNI data is made available to researchers around the world. As such, there are many active research projects accessing and applying the shared ADNI data. To further encourage Alzheimer’s disease research collaboration, and to help prevent duplicate efforts, the list below shows the specific research focus of the active ADNI investigations. This information is requested annually as a requirement for data access.

Proposed Analysis: To whom it may concern: We are doing a research about employing data mining methods to get outliers in a specific data set. The research will transform the given data set to a transaction set, and after retrieving outlier transactions from the data set, the proposed algorithm will do a further analysis that finds which data cause those transactions abnormal. Very few studies adopt Information Science technologies to do such reseraches, and we do hope this novel approach can really provide some helps for people to get more understanding on Alzheimer’s Disease. The research results will publish on IEEE Conferences and Transactions.
