| Proposed Analysis: | Validate a meta classifier using HMM, EMM and MSA for classifying Alzheimer's for potential patients. Primary interest is to research an alignment free alternative for diagnosing Alzheimers based on genetic variation and known alzheimer's genomic data as this will significantly improve the first round confirmation of the condition which will easily justify a more thorough analysis of confirmation. |
