| Proposed Analysis: | Cortical thickness analysis of controls, MCI, and AD based on a priori regions of interest identified previously. The primary question is how consistent is regional cortical thinning across the ADNI dataset in comparison to data collected at a single site. In addition, we propose to compare the localization and magnitude of the reduction in cortical thickness with the localization and magnitude of reduction in metabolism from PET data in both MCI and AD (compared to controls). |
