| Proposed Analysis: | I am working on Integration of Shape Priors in the Active contours method, my analysis would be mostly concerned with embedding the shape priors for Ventricle and Hippocampus to help and improve the segmentation step which can further be used isolate the Region of interests and to study the decay of Hammpocampus and increase in size of ventricle which is commonly observed in Alzheimer Patients. |
