ADNI data is made available to researchers around the world. As such, there are many active research projects accessing and applying the shared ADNI data. To further encourage Alzheimer’s disease research collaboration, and to help prevent duplicate efforts, the list below shows the specific research focus of the active ADNI investigations. This information is requested annually as a requirement for data access.

| Proposed Analysis: | I plan to use the fMRI data to investigate how AD and normal aging affect people's brain network during resting state. I will mainly foucus on the network that is related to cognitive and executive functions, and choose seed regions involving hippocampus, prefrontal etc, which could help to understand the underlying cognitive impairment in AD. I will also investigate how the resting state network differ between patients with different disease severity, and further analyze it with additional information such as PET image and blood samples, these altogether could be used to monitor the disease progression. |
