ADNI data is made available to researchers around the world. As such, there are many active research projects accessing and applying the shared ADNI data. To further encourage Alzheimer’s disease research collaboration, and to help prevent duplicate efforts, the list below shows the specific research focus of the active ADNI investigations. This information is requested annually as a requirement for data access.

| Proposed Analysis: | We would like to use ADNI resting-state functional MRI data to study the robustness of functional connectivity maps from hippocampus in case of atrophic brain. The aim is to propose an automatic choice of region of interest within the hippocampus that minimize the variability of these functional connectivity maps within MCI and AD group of patients. We would finally compare the resulting functional connectivity maps between groups. |
