| Proposed Analysis: | I wish to understand the levels of apoE and other selected cytokines and proteases and free radicals products (like nitrite) that are present in the CSF and/or brains of AD, diseased but non-AD, and healthy age-matched controls. Preferably, I would like to understand these parameters as a function of APOE genotype. |
