ADNI data is made available to researchers around the world. As such, there are many active research projects accessing and applying the shared ADNI data. | Proposed Analysis: | We intend to use modern Bayesian methods to fit dynamic latent trait models to the available multivariate data. Our aim is to construct a range of clinically relevant underlying variables (latent traits) and use these as a method for tracking disease progression. |
