Ongoing Investigations

ADNI data is made available to researchers around the world. As such, there are many active research projects accessing and applying the shared ADNI data. To further encourage Alzheimer’s disease research collaboration, and to help prevent duplicate efforts, the list below shows the specific research focus of the active ADNI investigations. This information is requested annually as a requirement for data access.

Proposed Analysis: n/a - I work with the Alzheimer's Disease Cooperative Study (ADCS) as a database developer. I need to access the MRI core quality control data. Currently the only MRINCLUSIO data being entered into the ADCS EDC is for new participants' ADNIGO or ADNI2 screening MRI. I am part of a team working on developing an upload tool to incorporate the data the MRI Core submits to LONI directly into the ADCS EDC dataset in batch. I need to see how the data looks coming back out of LONI rather than the dataset the MRI Core shares with LONI as there may be subtle yet important differences that will impact the programming project.
