| Proposed Analysis: | The goal of the study is to identify SNPs correlated with the Alzheimer's disease. We plan to develop Bayesian hierarchical models with spatial priors to incorporate dependence among SNPs. In this way, we are able to borrow strength from nearby markers, which can lead to an improvement in statistical power. |
