| Proposed Analysis: | The overall goal of my research is to identify AD specific markers. The aim is to demonstrate that multiple loci or combinations of SNPs (putative regulatory haplotypes) surrounding and within AD relevant genes such as, but not limited to, APOE, APP and MAPT correlate with AD specific phenotypes as well as functionally influence expression. |
