ADNI data is made available to researchers around the world. As such, there are many active research projects accessing and applying the shared ADNI data. To further encourage Alzheimer’s disease research collaboration, and to help prevent duplicate efforts, the list below shows the specific research focus of the active ADNI investigations. This information is requested annually as a requirement for data access.
|Principal Investigator's Name:||Xavier Pennec|
|Institution:||INRIA Sophia-Antipolis Mediterrannee|
|Proposed Analysis:||We are developing image registration methods well recognized in medical image analysis (demons, log-demons) and we intend to explore their adaptation to atrophy measurement in longitudinal datasets as well as in inter-subject normalization / deformation-based morphometry.|
|Investigator's Name:||Marco Lorenzi|
|Proposed Analysis:||Standardized prepropressing of images for insuring the robustness of the registrations, desig and implementation of atrophy measures based on non-linear registrations, building longitudinal model of deformations.|
