| Proposed Analysis: | Independent component analysis is a multivariate unsupervised learning technique used to identify different features of brain tumors in MRI data. Alongwith state vector machine based classification system, it could help in the identification of neuroimaging biomarkers in Alzheimer's disease. These biomarkers help in the identification and diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease. I want to find the relationship between biomarker and associated substructure of brain which helps in more better understanding of AD. |
