| Proposed Analysis: | We will propose an automatic recognition method of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) with Positron Emission Tomography (PET) images using combined the genetic algorithms (GA) and the artificial neural network (ANN). Features extract using Principle Component Analysis (PCA) from PET images. The combined GA/ANN will apply to find the minimal set of the dominant features from the feature pool. The effective features will found using GA and used as inputs of the artificial neural network. |
