| Proposed Analysis: | I propose to conduct genetic association analysis to detect gene-gene interactions using neuroimaging, biomarker and/or neuropsychological data as quantitative trait outcome variables. I will use computational methods that incorporate biological knowledge and utilize grammatical evolution to search the genome-wide landscape of potential models for testing. |
