There has been some confusion as to which version of FreeSurfer was used to process ADNI 1 (1.5T) longitudinal data.  The XML which accompanies the FreeSurfer brain masks indicates that version 4.3 was used for both cross-sectional and longitudinal processing.  In fact, cross-sectional processing was done with version 4.3 and longitudinal processing was done with version 4.4.
