FDG and AV45 Analysis data files and methods documents have been updated and renamed. The AV45 data file has a new column containing an overall cortical summary ratio.

Recalled ADNI-2 AV45 scan replaced with new reworked images

The original raw and pre-processed images for ADNI-2 subject 013_S_4579 baseline AV45 scan were reconstructed with an incorrect parameter, but initially passed in June, 2012. This error was discovered recently and the site has re-reconstructed the images. The new “raw” PET image set (image UID I340577) has now been passed, and the original upload (image UID I324997) has been failed. The the original four pre-processed images sets have been deleted from LONI, and the four corrected images sets were uploaded 10/22/12.

UUCACIR summary data uploaded August 2010 has beeen recalled because it contains mislabeled ImageUIDs. If you have downloaded this file from LONI between the dates of Aug 2010 and Mar 2012, please retrieve the latest available version.
